actually i didnt wanna zhng today one. cny le... should do cny activities mah. like... visit people, koonz, watch show, eat new year goodies, lim jiu (booze, i like!). me was playing game - ultima 5. haha sibei old school hor. 
lil' sis lor, she started the whole ZMB thingy. she boi song the Opera's predefined flying saucer template so wanna change. but Opera template not so flexible to change, not like Blogger one, all shown to you, easier to zhng, i like! heheh...
so me also ZMB lor. zhng'ed (singrish also got tenses ones... haha) the following items:
- change masthead to a chao-ah-beng-with-gerger-and-doggie peekture. must jio gerger to sit my car next time. err... can forget about the dog though! heheh!
- change the evil looking favicon to... an even more evil looking one!! like old dracula show like that!
- removed the orange line on top of the sidebar. doesnt go with the new black black look la...
- replace the blue bar on the top of the sidebar with grey color.
- flipped the 春 background image signifying the arrival of spring ala 春到.
actually also wanted to change the 春 background to grey one but cny la, should still have the cny color. heheee...

today is chinese new year eve. house got pai pai, so mom prepared quite alot of food. "new year liaoz, ancestors also must have good meal," she said.
hey i got dao ka chiu (help out) ok. here you see me helping mom with the 白果芋泥 (yam paste with ginko nuts) aka orni (in hokkien). she did the preparation la, i did the yam mashing. heheh.
cooking me dont know much la, but come to mashing things up hor, me is second to none in the family ok! mai siao siao wo... haha!! last time pound the hay bi hiam (dried shrimp) pound until people comprain too fine. so this time mash the yam i only chut 50% internal strength (五成功力) niah niah. still, the yam was reduced to a pulp! hardly got chunky bits left. haha!
susie enjoying a nice tan at the beach. peng san lizard anyone? hmm nobody tell it singapore dont have nude beach meh??
colleague - the one who started all the zhng my doggie/lizard/[insert soft toy] etc thingy - even suggested giving it a tissue bikini but me forgot how to fold that handkerchief bra that we used to do last time liaoz. heheh... did a google on it and managed to find the steps on somebody's blog. heh... praise the Net, without it, such info would probably be lost to us liaoz! 
not yet cny, mom already standby the cooker we use for steamboat liaoz. fyi we cny period everyday eat steamboat one! heheh...
dunno what people call this, we call it long long loh ker, i.e. everything throw inside la! yup, theres fish, pork, pig stomach (yummy!!), broccoli, cabbage, tau pok and other stuff. also got prawns but mom fished them out liao in case they keep being heated hor, wait turn to rubber. 
i think hor, this is very convenient le. somemore not much oil, no fried stuff, no MSG, very healthy. heh, actually theres also bbq chicken wings for dinner but i did cam it.
cant wait for the real steamboat. got abalone... me like! 
this few days me quite boliao, every time travel whether taking bus or cab or walking, me try to take note of the passing by cars' car plate number. not to buy 4D la. singapore so many cars, can buy until pok gai...
me curious to know my ah beng chia come out that time is simi prefix la. nor, the SG[watever] lor. was told that me can call the dealer to ask but its ok la, like that got the suspense mah, more fun. haha!
saw many SGB plates on the road. then this morning got a few SGC also. the highest SGC number i saw was SGC4xxx and i also spotted a SGD7xxx. the SGD plate, the number quite special, so maybe the owner bidded for the number bah. hopefully... 
i would like my car to have the SGD plate le. SGD = singapore dollar mah. buy 4D sure tio one. huat ah! hahaha...
... oops! forgot, me dont buy 4D one. at least not yet.

come to think about it hor, actually the SG[watever] prefix hor, the got meaning kind of abbreviations got some more le:
SGD - singapore dollar
SGH - singapore general hospital; must buy for official use. but pan tang (superstitious) people may not like.
SGI - silicon graphics; dont think will have this prefix though.
SGP - abbrev for singapore; no national car but got national car plate also not bad la! haha...
SGT - singapore time??
SGX - singapore exchange! huat ah!!
just now when me wanna go off from orpit, me female colleague, lmc, came running to my cube compraining in a sibei act cute manner that she sibei suay notebookS keep dying on her. ya correct, not a typo, a big 'S' - her own working notebook and her team's shared one, both within this month. think mabbe she too long neber go pai pai to murphy liaoz, so things keep going wrong. but hor, mabbe the main reason is... she keep insisting her notebook is a 'hunk' la!! told her its a gal she dont believe, see la, boi song already! obi good!! hee... just kidding, i not so bad one la...
then hor, lmc wanna go to the WinXP's boot menu (her notebook just discharged from ICU early this week so can use liaoz) but dunno why couldnt do it even though she kept pressing F8. then when me try, it worked!! how to exprain like that??
so ya, me think, pc hor, like human like that, got boy one or gal one la. so hor, like the usual people like that, guy with gal pc or gal with guy pc ok, but gal with gal pc or guy with guy pc will dui chiong (conflict), so keep giving problem. like me use my pc no problem. my sis use my pc, many a time give her problem lor. ok la, granted, the gal - the pc not my sis - sometime also throws tantrum at me but sayang her a bit then she happy already. heehee!
so then the question is: how you know the pc simi gender before you buy le? arh... good question, me also dunno! haha... pc, not like we like that very easy to tell. err... if you dunno, go ask your mama.

colleague showed me this song search site, call The Song Tapper. very interesting! instead of keying in a keyword such as part of the song title, lyrics or artist name etc, you search by tapping the rhythm of the song's lyrics. cool eh?
so next time you hear a nice song but dont know the name, try searching in this site la. me tried to find the 三只老虎 song hor, it gave me the angmoh version, Are You Sleeping. then me tried tapping that Jit Ba Ban song cannot find le. mabbe they dont have hokkien song database, or mabbe me no music talent, tapping boi zun, the search engine blur. haha! 
so jus now jio-ed cousin to go showloom together lor. lao peh tagged along. haha! i hope the dealer will feel pressured to gimme better deal. muahahahaha!
we went Honda showloom first. cousin said the new Civic in town liao so we go see. i thought the rain so big, nobody so siao go showloom, wah surprise surprise! got a small crowd there wo. zun bor?! singapore not many place to go on weekend. so people wu eng (got time) wu lui (got money) go buy car, buy house! haha... like real...
hmm the Civic peng fierce le, dashboard long long can put many parking coupons. haha! for a 1.8l car, its not too ex- at s$70+k. somemore the mei mei ahem, car dealer quite chio... "err... this car got come with you or not har?"!!!! heheheh... daddy and cousin around. must guai a bit.
siao la, i go buy car, not jio jio ger ger ok. focus! actually i more or less made up my mind liao, so went there was jus to look see niah niah. so then we cheong to Mazda showloom. talk cock abit with my dealer who also updated me on the new Mazda3 prices. coe dropped liao, so car prices also dropped. now can get the luxury model for the december price of the basic model. but hor, loan interest rate went up, price dropped, many people buy car...
during the course of negotiating with the dealer, we of course tried to bargain for more discount lor. then my cousin hor, suggested me to buy the body kit and spoilers wo! 
note to self: next time buy car (if ever), dun bring ah bengs or lao bengs. haha!
in the end, the dealer gimme about $400+ discount (he basically rounded off the number to a nice one la), free solar film, and IU* cover. not too bad la considering the current reigning bargain queen din go. haha dun tell you who she is but she is good. sim lim square ah bengs also lose to her, haha! but that's another story la...
next, will be the looonnnngg wait for the coe bidding and then collection sometime in...... feb. heehee!
